Shipping Times and Costs
At LUMAX Dental, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We offer the following shipping options:

Australia 
Australia Post Standard (2-3 Days) – Free
Australia Post Express (1-2 Days) – $15.00

New Zealand
New Zealand Standard – $20.00
New Zealand Express – $34.00

Rest Of World
DHL International Tracked – $43.25

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Order Processing
Once you place an order, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and dispatch it. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address, we are unable to redirect your order once it has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee a return or replacement.
