Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on our Sonic Baths, in addition to a 12-month manufacturer defect warranty. Returns are free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and sealed in their original packaging.
  • Show no signs of physical damage from misuse or improper handling.

If you’re reporting a defect, you may be asked to provide a images and/or video for our technical team to assess the issue. This helps us improve our products and ensure proper device operation.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at team@lumaxdental.com.au to request a return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Items must be purchased directly from our website and returned in their original packaging.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll notify you about approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If your refund hasn’t been received after 15 business days, contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us at team@lumaxdental.com.au

Defective Items

In rare cases of defects, we’ll provide free returns and offer a replacement or full refund within 12 months of purchase. You may need to submit images or videos of the defect for verification.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original purchase, and then place a new order for the desired item.
