We provide a 30-day return policy. You have 100 days from the day you receive your item to return it to us free of charge within Australia.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused and unopened with its original packaging and seal intact (e.g., the cellophane wrap on the Sonic Pro device).
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used items.

While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, the Sonic Pro may not clean all types of dirt, stains, or discolouration if they are too deep-set or the appliance’s integrity is compromised. In such cases, refunds will not be provided, as this does not indicate the device is unfit for purpose.
